Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, the user of the BStudio.kz website, hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the interior design studio BStudio.kz (Bakhyt Saitova, Astana) — the Personal Data Operator — to process my personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Their Protection».

Consent covers the processing of: last name and first name; phone number; the information specified in requests and the calculator (property type, area, finish level, additional services, preliminary cost); and other data voluntarily provided through the Site's forms.

Processing is carried out for the purposes of: preparing a commercial proposal and calculating the cost of services; contacting me; concluding and performing the service agreement; maintaining a client database; improving service quality.

The Operator has the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify, use, transfer (to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing), depersonalize, block and delete personal data using automated and non-automated means.

The consent is valid until the processing purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Data is not stored longer than necessary for the purposes of processing and within the periods established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

I have been informed that I have the right to withdraw this consent by sending a written request to the Operator via WhatsApp +7 778 080 80 10 or other contacts listed on the Site. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.

By checking the corresponding box in the calculator form or submitting a request on the Site, I confirm that I have read this Consent and the Privacy Policy.
