These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the administration of the BStudio.kz website (the Administration) and any visitor to the Site (the User). By using the Site, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

The User may browse the Site's materials, use the cost calculator, submit requests and contact the Administration through the listed contacts. Using the Site for purposes that contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is prohibited.

All materials on the Site — texts, photographs, visualizations, portfolio projects, logos, interface design — are subject to copyright and belong to the Administration or the respective rights holders. Copying, distributing or publishing them without written consent is prohibited.

The materials on the Site are for informational purposes. The calculator's estimates are preliminary. The Administration strives to keep the information up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or that descriptions fully match the actual conditions at the time of inquiry.

The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site, or for the actions of third parties. Links to external resources (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) do not imply endorsement of their content.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Their Protection».

The Administration may amend these Terms without prior notice. The current version is posted on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
