Every project starts with a detailed conversation: how you live, what matters to you at home, whether you have children or pets, how your morning goes.
These details shape not only the visual image of the interior but also functional decisions: the placement of outlets and switches, the height of countertops and cornices, storage organization and the lighting layout.

A complete set of drawings and specifications for builders and suppliers.
The client gets everything needed to build without improvising on site: working drawings, a finishing schedule and specifications for furniture and equipment.

Realization
Author's supervision at every stage — from procurement to the final styling.
The designer accompanies the renovation: visiting the site, checking that the work matches the approved drawings and approving material substitutions when needed.

Working terms
- Stages are accepted one at a time
- Every stage is handed over to the client, discussed and approved — you always see the interim result and can make edits before the next stage starts.
- Timeline
- A standard design project for an 80–100 m² apartment takes 6–8 weeks. For commercial spaces and country houses — 10–16 weeks, depending on complexity and how fast approvals happen. Timelines are fixed in the contract.
- Payment
- In stages: a deposit when signing the contract, interim payments per stage and the final settlement at handover. The exact schedule is set out in the contract.
