Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the Policy) defines how the personal data of users of the BStudio.kz website (the Site), owned by the interior design studio led by Bakhyt Saitova (the Operator), is processed and protected.

The Policy has been developed in accordance with Law No. 94-V of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Their Protection» dated May 21, 2013 (the Personal Data Law) and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

When using the Site, the Operator may process: name, phone number, request details (property type, area, selected services, preliminary cost), technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies), and other information the user voluntarily provides through feedback forms and the cost calculator.

Personal data is processed to: process requests and calculate the cost of services; contact the user by phone, WhatsApp or other channels; conclude and perform contracts; improve the Site's operation; comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject's consent, the need to perform a contract, and in cases provided for by the Personal Data Law.

The Operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The retention period lasts until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless otherwise provided by law.

Data may be shared with hosting providers, analytics services and other contractors, strictly to the extent necessary for the Site to function and services to be provided, subject to confidentiality.

The Site uses the web analytics services Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics: with the help of cookies they collect visit statistics (pages viewed, actions on the Site, device and browser type, IP address). The name and phone number that a user enters in the forms are not passed to these services. The user can disable cookies in the browser settings.

The user has the right to request access to their data, correction, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw consent to processing, by sending a request to the Operator through the contacts listed on the Site.
