Draft: this text was prepared from standard templates and requires mandatory review by a lawyer before publication.
1. Subject of the offer
This document is a public offer (proposal) from the interior design studio BStudio.kz (the Contractor) to any legally capable person (the Client) to enter into an agreement for the development of an interior design project and related services, on the terms set out below.
Submitting a request on the Site, sending a message on WhatsApp, signing a commercial proposal, or making a prepayment is considered acceptance of the offer.
2. Procedure for providing services
The standard workflow: (1) initial consultation and gathering the brief; (2) site measurements (if needed); (3) developing the layout and approving the concept; (4) 3D visualization and working documentation; (5) fit-out and author's supervision — if included in the estimate; (6) handover of the project to the Client.
The specific scope of work, stages and deadlines are set out in an individual agreement or commercial proposal.
3. Cost and payment
The cost of services is determined individually based on the area of the property, the level of finish, the scope of work and urgency. The calculator on the Site provides a preliminary guide and is not a public price.
Payment is made in stages: a deposit when signing the contract (usually 50–70%), interim payments per stage, and the final settlement at project handover, unless the parties agree otherwise.
4. Timeline
The project development timeline depends on the area and complexity of the property (roughly 6 to 20 weeks for residential interiors). Timelines are specified in the contract and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes, by agreement of the parties.
5. Liability of the parties
The Contractor is responsible for the project documentation matching the agreed brief. The Client must provide source data on time, approve each stage and make payments.
The Contractor is not responsible for the quality of construction and finishing works carried out by third parties without author's supervision, nor for delays caused by the Client's actions or force majeure.
6. Intellectual property
Exclusive rights to the design project transfer to the Client after full payment, unless otherwise provided by the contract. Before full payment, the rights belong to the Contractor.
7. Final provisions
Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, in court at the Contractor's location, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
